The Abbey of Fiastra and Urbisaglia are two micro-destination inside the destination of Macerata. The area is comprised within the municipalities of Tolentino and Urbisaglia and characterised by a rich artistic, historical, cultural and naturalistic heritage, also thanks to the institution of the Fiastra Abbey Nature Reserve.
Meridiana snc, the project’s lead proponent, has been managing and continues to manage all tourist and cultural services of this site for decades.
Our role, thanks to the constant online and offline analysis and the direct dialogue with the project’s lead proponent, is to define the communication strategy for the Abbey of Fiastra and Urbisaglia’s social media, meaning a thorough analysis of the target markets, goals, content type and other tools for the promotion of the project that were already used by the lead organization.
Our aim is to create a structured multi-channel communication, in order to promote and enhance the territory’s material and immaterial heritage, strengthen the project brand and promote the tourist offer of the area and its rich calendar of events, guided tours and other activities.
Moreover, our role allows us to support the project’s lead organization through monthly private training courses on territorial and digital marketing.
The project comprises:
- The definition and realization of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy;
- Management of the client’s social media channels;
- Realization of a brand identity for the client’s social media channels;
- Digital marketing training and support;
- Realization of online advertising marketing campaigns on the themes and contents agreed upon with the client.
